that is some serious work and expense for a replica,
fair play for the commitment!
i have an rs2000 myself with all this done and more, but i didnt do the body myself.
i know how big a task it is though

Great project
I wish I worked that fast

One thing that might cause you a head ache is the bolt hole pattern on the Duratech engine, it's based on a Mazda engine and will not bolt straight to your 4WD MTX75 gearbox

thanks.
this is what i too was told when i enquired about the cosworth engine the chap told me i would have to get a bell housing made or modified to use the box or just use a different box that would fit if i didn't want to go to that expense

If the original transfer box is shot and the MTX75 will not fit the Duratech why not do what a guy on www.RS2000-16v.com has done on his supercharged 2.3 and use the Mitsubishi EVO box and transfer box.

He had to get the bell housing modified and get a flywheel made but you could always use the EVO engine, box and transfer box and save a whole lot of time and aggro ??

Quarter panel in was going to fit the full panel but as ford no longer do the roof skin with the sunroof opted to cut it at the pillar's.
