Rapid Ford 3dr and Esc - Flocked interior pics
I've been browsing in here looking at all the pics and thought that I'd collect a few of mine together and put a post up.
sorry about the order but the car has been done for a while now and I didn't have the camera while I was doing a lot of the work so its gonna be hard to get them into a logical order, but here goes.......
Here's my little helper
Fun first - I needed some pics for some adverts I had to do
When it was first done
some other random pics
Then I thought what about a bit of aeroquip and polishing
then a bit of carbon
I thought the wheels looked okay but had to run spacers, I "lost" a wheel on my xr4i snapping all the studs so I decided I don't like spacers anymore so changed the wheels that were the right offset. Still not too sure about them but they will do for the moment.
9x18 alloys
Now I'm swapping the managment over and sorting out a rear beam gotta cage it and various other bits which I'll update the post with pics of.
Hope you like the pics and let me know what you think
Cheers
Daniel

i cant figure out what you mean though, have you made it rwd already or are you just starting to do it?
doing the exact same thing to my mallard escos soon and was wondering what your parts list for the job is?
this is what i think ill get away with:
2wd gearbox
2wd front cross member
2wd front suspension and sterring rack
2wd sump
custom propshaft
i know far more extensive lists have been made and used inc. rear beams diff ect. but these parts look like they'll do the job
any toughts welcome

Ello just got back on the computer
Its not difficult mainly nut and bolt job really.
1stEscort... Fucking love it mate.
cheers so do I
postal_DK... real nice
Cheers
It runs 225's as standard and I am running 235's on the back. It has got a huge wing on the back and it is rear wheel drive. It grips quite nicely. Also it doesn't have the maintenance and big bills like a 4x4.
Donuts are fun anyway!
It doesn't get out much at the moment
Cheers mate. Not a patch on yours though
The back wheels look a bit small though but they'll do for the moment
A few other bits and pieces are needed but you have got most of it listed. Just the Oil Pump and spray bar and engine arms, steering rubber - can't think what else from the top of my head.
4x4 has its place (in the fields pulling us 2WD'ers out)!!
It was you Same car - it was done and then I took it off the car again when we moved to do a few other bits and pieces which then turned into a lot more bits and pieces
Fook off - you know you are the original bufty. Mines a show case of parts
You know what I use my cars for anyway

Kane dawg is my little helper he does the mundane stuff
I'll put up some more pics when I sort my other computer out, I decided a thump might make it work faster it didn't

I supply the JIC fittings and Bailey weld them on when they make the tank for me (for an extra cost).
I've got various sizes in stock if you are after any of them.
