buy a 1600 mk4 escort/orion and it will have all the parts you need for the swap.
the coil pack wiring just plugs in on the passenger side inner wing and the cvh dizzy wiring plugs straight back in to replace it
if you need any help just message me
check out my project 1.3 bonus

nice little shell there mate,

if your interior wireing is a mess then its prob easyer to fit a whole 1.6 loom, probly one on ebay for pennys,

with the kit, just rub it down with wet and dry or lightly with an orbital sander, will come up ok

Default MK4 ESCORT UPDATED NOW

rite did some work today on the car.. i cleaned and fitted my xr3i carpet and fitted the front seats back in. went to the scrappy and got a heater. wirper and indicator stalks and few other odds and sods to get closer to the mot also took off the front bumper to find this

nearly no rust!! really happy about that!!
well while that was off i fitted my lowering springs i got with it and then my bumper iv spend few hours everynight working on.. with them on i found my one of my old bike plates which is small and fitted it to guage a size for plate and now i love it so im getting one made up for the car!!

o and i taped a arch on just to see what it looked like as i was getting excited as i liked the bumper and place

let me know what ya think
