3DR build new wheels
As some of you no ave got a new(second hand ) shell. The shell was covered in waxol for 15 years and had to come off. This was,nt an easy job, but thanks to a friend who works for Auto Gym who supplyed some TFR( think thats what its called) spray it on and then power wash off after 30 mins. So here's a few pics after todays work.
Its going to take abit of time as a can only work on it at the weekends, but will update as a go

Thanks Rab, least it wont need any welding for a good few years
Euan was on my way to the garage when a seen you. somebody will have a new saff shell lying about somewhere. we no where there is more 3dr shells

Been busy the last few saturdays rubbing down the shell, and repairing some small dents that we have found. Its no an easy task but we will get there. Here,s a couple more pics

The repairs shown in the last pics are now complete, a kno its took a bit of time but the guy runs a garage so that comes first. Looks like he had a bit spare time over the weekend as he's started painting inside and under the bonnet
