I think the term sleeper is being slightly stretched by most of these cars

By most the above cars terms, a big power Cossie is a sleeper!

Id say in modded car terms, a sleeper is something that nobody expects to have the performance it has, not a Audi S4 or a modded XR2 with RS Turbo written on the rear side windows

Audi S something, S2 or whatever they were then, any idiot would think its fast, most would prob think its an S4 at first glance.

Esp as the only older one, and estate, people think of are the RS2s, which is even faster.

So yours is probably the opposite from a sleeper

Sporty Audi estates are so famous now they miles from a sleeper!

Its not an easy coversion to do and most that have tried it have never made it onto the road.

Its mildly tuned with a full scorpion stainless/green airfilter and pace intercooler.
Its made 132bhp at 10 psi so yes it goes ok

Remeber the Primera Cosworth? I think that was the ultimate street sleeper.

It didn't look standard, but purely because of the shitty naff alloys and crappy bonnet vent it looked like an average ex-taxi done up by some clueless middle aged guy with a Halfords gift voucher.

I certainly would never have expected it to be packing Esc Cos power!

That was about 4 years ago, was the first corsa C turbo we where aware of, in a stock looking SRi, just lowered a bit.
300+ bhp, was good once it gripped, sure did upset a skyline R33 GTR owner. Untill you got near a corner.

Theres a Reliant Robin round here with a V8 in it :s

i hope not, it works on aircooled VW's IF its done right, but its been done to the death now and is getting a bit tired.

sorry but i have to agree with Steve, having some gay RS Turbo in your window & having a cruddy dump valve...hardly makes it a sleeper

i think the Fez i posted up is a proper sleeper, just needs some 15inch mondeo steele's to finish it off
