Unfortunately you cant put a universal one on cus you need the fuel flow meter. I will put up a picture for you in a mo. But you need everything on the engine as is!
There are two options when it comes to induction kits for MFI CVH's and they are the only two I know of. One is to put in a sport filter and then drill the box, which is a bit cheaper and easier to do.
The other is to buy a kit that gets rid of the box. Basicly its an airfilter in a cage that you bolt inplace of the original box and then put the meter on the top, but YOU NEED THE AIR FLOW METER OR IT WILL NOT WORK if you are running MFi.

There you go. The part makerd G is the air flow meter/fuel distributor. This is what regulates fuel flow to the injectors. you remove this your in trouble
Any induction kit you buy should bolt on under it.

There is little difference in the two set ups except the fact the EFI is more fuel efficient.
But then again it dont flame as well once you get the flamer kit on it
