Can be a nightmare pal for a second hand mx bike
1.Certificate of newness ,this is for dvla to give it an age related plate
2.It will need insuring ,this can be done off a frame number
3.Some times they will ask for proof of the vat being paid from new
4.make sure the for is filled in as "Enduro bike" or it will need sva,ing
5,M.o.t ,Constant tone horn,Emarked tyres,high/low beam,brake light,rear reflector
6.It may be requested to be inspected at the dvla to make sure it meets the criteria for registration all sorts of stuff come into that, minimum seat height,Ground clearance all sorts
I looked into getting my Kxf registered and gave it bollox in the end
Some dvla sites are easier to deal with with Nottingham can be a bit picky at times
