daytime mot
Anyone know the rules on this? Everywhere i look i get info that contradicts each other.
Reason i am asking is cause i have a gsxr 600 srad track bike and am thinking of putting it on the road as i think it will be a good laugh but obviously it has no lights, horn or v5 at the moment but i'm thinking of buying a frame for just the v5 and putting it on the road.
Cheers Mark

u need a horn and a rear reflector for a daytime mot. i got 1 on my old crf450.
you'll prob have to take the bike to your local dvla office so they can check engine and frame numbers before they issue u with a number plate and v5. u need a age certificate if u want an aged plate i.e xx10 xxx, otherwise it go's on a 'q'

Cheers for that, i have read places that no horn is needed but other places saying a horn is needed. I am considering just buying a frame with v5 to save on the hassle of getting it registered etc
