Default Insurance Affected on a 28 day driving ban - wasnt even driving the car!

hello ive recently recieved a driving ban for 28 days for, permitting no insurance, basically allowing someone else to drive my car while they were uninsured but i didnt get any penalty points for it. im only 19 and wondering if this will affect the premium of my insurance, and by how much!
Cheers, Neil

You are going to get shafted. No offence but for good reason too! You knowingly let someone that was uninsured to drive your car .

Will it effect insurance? Bet your arse it will!

I once got a ban of 7 days. Yes 7. insurance companies dont give a toss how short it is under 1 year. A ban is a ban.

i could think of worse offences
plus i was unaware he was not insured. just happened to get a stroke of bad luck.
its not a reflection of my driving at the end of the day.

Hey Neil,

We have a specialist convicted driver system that might help you when it comes round to renewal time. We match your details with insurers who feel they are most competitive for your risk. You can find the system here:

Convicted Driver Insurance

Jonny
