It's never been a requirement on any track day I've done. Don't recall seeing many cars with taped lights at Ford Fair.

if they are glass, tape them up, if they are plastic then leave them be

plenty of cars tape up all the time, on some it looks cool, but the tape is hard to remove when it gets real sticky

Where I used to do drifting they wouldn't let u on the track unless u taped your lights. No idea about any other tracks rules though

you mean you drive a modified ford and dont carry tape around with you in your car? are you crazy?

Lol true that, will probably need more than tape and cable ties after 20min session on track better get AA on speed dial
