Default ford fusion idling problem

hello guys, i need help regarding an idling problem on a 2007 ford fusion 1.4.when the car is for example you stop on traffic lights the idling goes up to about 2000rpm,you press once the accelerator pedal and it comes back to normal.i have a funny feeling that there is an air leak somewhere near the intake manifold.has anyone ever had this kind of fault as its really annoying.i must note that i did get it diagnosed on a computer but thete are no fault codes at all.

thanks in advance for any help
