The m64 and m62 are the same only the m64 has a very small snout.
Overall dimensions between the m64/62 and m45 isint actually too different, m45 just has shorter rotors.

Do a water based chargecooler install, looks to be plenty of room for one, although obviously there will be a lot of fabrication involved.
One thing to bare in mind, adding a lot of volume between throttle and intake valves can cause issues.
Where is your throttle located ? before or after the blower ?

I haven't decided where to put the tb yet, I've seen it put on the inlet plenum or on the charger inlet. Not sure which would work best.
I'm planning on doing an air intercooler instead of a water cooler

Small update, I purchased a griffin inlet plenum but unfortunately it's not going to fit with the supercharger
The griffin has straight tubes and I need them to be angled upwards to allow enough clearance for the charger.
Does anyone know if the spencer Ashley plenum is straight or angled up?
Here is how the charger will be best mounted (still need to work out how to fix mount it) and also the angle in which the tubes need to go. In these pictures there is an inlet adaptor plate that was been used previously.

Just incase anyone on here is interested, I'm selling the m45 with custom plenum with charge pipe and bypass valve. Also comes with the inlet plate for injectors so bolts straight onto zetec block.
