Default Fitting lowering springs. How much?

Does anyone know roughly how much it would cost to fit a set of lowering springs by a garage. Its not for a ford its a seat ibiza, but just wanted to know whats its likely to cost.
thanks

I had my springs and shocks fitted on my old xr4x4 by a private mechanic and it cost me £150 but this was about 5 years ago.

Might work out cheaper to buy shocks and springs and fit them myself?

I dont have the equipment to take springs off of shocks, so would be easier and cheaper to buy shocks fitted with springs!
Would rather just springs because dont want to ruin the ride quality. Had coilovers on my mk2 golf gti and hated it.

New stiff springs on standard shocks wouldnt last long though

Will probably look into shocks and springs then, rather than just springs. Just hate the way it looks like an offroader!

what car is it? mk2 golf or was that your old car

Ive got Bilstein sportline kit on my mk3 Golf GTi and while its abit bouncey on harsh roads it handles great and sits well.
