Default 1st cars (help needed)

its for my nephew he wants insure it himself, im buying the car the deal is he has to insure it

are corsa`s the cheapest or is better going for a new one with free insurance (if that deal is still about)

any help is most grateful

Deffo get him summit older, gaurenteed to have a bump id say.

MK4/5 fiesta? 1.25 engines are apparently pretty good and cheap to insure.
