right folks,ive just broke a rs2000 for spairs and only have the rotten shell left which i cut up cos i couldnt get it to a scrap yard,do i need a scrap dealer to signe the log book or can i just send it off to swansea saying its been scraaped?

next time (if you do ) check to see if your local concil will take it - they sort out the paperwork and collection...
