two strange kind of noises from cosworth engines
I rebuilt an YB engine and now I'm having some troubles with strange noises.
One is caused but some pulley in the aux belt (If I remove the belt it stop doing the noise, and there is only on cold engine, when hot it stops)
which are the common fails?
The another sound I'm not sure, but it sounds near the head, could be related with timing belt? (belt and tensioner pulley are new). It sound every time with hot or cold engine
in this video is with the aux belt removed to be sure that is not from that

Yes I agree with botters, on 2nd video cambelt is too tight. I had the same problem, but I had to change cam bearings aswell because one of them was damaged. In your case, you might get away by just loosening the belt if no other damage has been made yet.
