Default Stiffer or longer?

Hello everyone

As the title suggests I have a query about my springs.
I'm currently running a set of Gaz Golds:
front 8 inch long x 400 lbs 2.5" ID
rear 12 inch long x 225 lbs
The front has been fully adjusted and the ride height is too low.

My question is, should I go for longer springs of the same strength or for stiffer ones?
Also I would very much appreciate any recommendations for vendors of said springs.

Email gaz direct. I contacted them about rebuilding mine as one of the rears are leaking.
