Default Oil pressure and running temp in general. Info please.

Had an oil pressure and water temp gauge installed in the Cosworth.

Just after some guidelines on 'expected' oil pressures. Like cold, hot, kicking its head in etc?? And also what do you normally see Cosworths run at water temp wise?

Basically if I know ball part figures it makes the guages useful so I can see any changes. Thanks alot.

My own experience.

Oil (Mobil1 Motorsport) on std oil pump:
Cold running 70psi
Hot running 50psi
Hot idle 25-30psi

High pressure oil pump ADD 20psi to the running pressures
