fitting braided fuel hose problem

Default fitting braided fuel hose problem

orite chaps. ive just bought teflon fuel line from torques to replace the old nacked fuel line but i dont know what to use to clamp it to the bottom of the car. as the the old clips dont fit.

any ideas many thanks.

Im going to do my fuel system soon just stocking up on all the bits i need im going to use -6 and torques sell a -6 clamp thats what im going to use and will weld m6 studs along the floor for them to bolt to. Like these ones http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/6-AN6-AN06...item231879653c

i just used p clips with the rubber around them and screwed them into the original holes where the original fuel lines mounted to.. had to drill 1 hole in the chasis leg at the back to hold the new lines up out of the way..

thanks for the reply. that sounds good way of attaching them but i havent got a welder. so ive got to think of another way of attaching them.

using p clips or even one of those alloy spacer blocks on each lug you still dont need to weld anything.. just fit them to the original fuel pipe mounting lugs that are on the floor of the car.. at worst you might have to drill the hole on them a tiny bit. cheap to do too.
