I'm buying up all the parts to rebuild my lump, oil pump is next on the list ive heard diffrent storys on std and HP pumps and im not sure what way to go, also best place to buy for quality and price.

I used my standard original pump as it was in good nick and have heard bad things about the high pressure pumps...

give a good rep tuner a bell
like reyland or nms or m.a.d.

they will only use whats right and will suply you with there parts aswell

that way you will get the right bits and most probably good sound advise

I have to resealing my sump in next time and think about a HD oilpump, i never heard something bad about them? Which problems can be there? I would buy one an graham goode, are the good ??

Or shud i use the stock one??

ive got a genuine cosworth high presure oil pump,cost 200 notes but money well spent as im running an oil cooler
