Does hard launches hurt box also? I've heard that they are the diffs who get the damage.

I have damaged viscous coupling (won't do hard launches until I install my new VC), my car is like RWD. Might be best only to do couple hard launches to save transmission..

What 0-60 mph times you get? I'd like to see what times you got and with what spec. Mine is T3 1.3 @ bar estimated +300 bhp, what 0-60 times should I be expecting?

ideally you need a little bit of wheelspin not a lot.
enough that you can hear the tyres but not enough to make smoke
this is the limit of traction
but it really depends on how your engine bahaves throughout the powerband
eg, if the best of your power is between 4 and 6000rpm you need to launch with more than 4000 so when the clutch drags the engine down you still have good power output. but if you rev it too much into the launch too much inertia is delivered from the flywheel into the clutch and the wheels will almost instantly lose traction.
some people can launch using second gear feeding the clutch in fairly quickly but you need a lot of torque in the mid revs and a clutch to handle it. you break traction initially but you save time with no gear change. straight up to 60 in one hit

I used to just keep on and off the throttle around 3000-3500rpm then drop the clutch and then dip the clutch really quickly and I never got beat away from the lights.
Never been in the drag strip though!
