Cosworth tuning T34, Greys
I just bought myself a set of greys, and a t34 and was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for getting it mapped =) I am in Edinburgh but i dont really care about travelling I would just like to get it sorted out.
Also I was wondering if anyone has any experience with using an AVC-R in their Cosworth?
Cheers
PS its a 2wd with a L6 ecu...

Well i wanted to get myself a MSD 380 chip but because i am going to use the AVC-R, i wanted to know if the map would still run true if i used it on low boost. I rang them a couple of times over a few weeks and left two vocemails and they didnt get back to me and then I rang them again the other day and got put through to a receptionist that seemed more than happy to sell me a chip and a diagnostic session (I was more than happy to have a holiday day at the pleasure beach lol) but she didn't have a clue and it seemed like they were busy so it involved waiting on hold frequently while she asked questions which resulted in me getting no real answers than yes they can do it.
Long story short, it kind of put me off
does anyone else know somewhere with a good reputation closer to scotland?

For VFM I would look at the V4 ecu, I am lucky that my fave one/people moved around 120 miles from where they were to where I live, seriously in my town, I would recommend getting all your bits that you want done, then doing it all at once.
As cost is a issue as with the rest of us I'm sure, think about where you want to end up, and work towards that the cheapest way, for example when you start talking about adding coilpack, closed loop etc then a msd mapping charge on top it doesn't imo look so good money wise, and personally if it wasn't done on a rolling road I wouldn't have it mapped, just be content with a chip that will not in a million years exploit the full potential of your engine, if it could/did then "live" mapping wouldn't exist.
I'd just do some sums first and think long term, I've been in many cars mapped by different people, my fave was GGR for a simple install the chip/parts type tune.
