Default 2.0 engine work?

hi i got a sierra 2.0 dohc 8v glsi cossie rep just wondering is there anything i could do to the engine to beef it up abit, after loseing my licence twice insurance killing me so be a long long time before ave a real cossie need to do sumthing??lol

you wont get much more power out of that engine - really not worth spending the extra money.

better off dropping a zetec or 24v in.

Or you could try turboing the twink.

you do realise you can get cossies on classic insurance which is very cheap nowadays

i cant get classic until am 25 nobody will take me on cause of the convictions?

well i wouldnt spend any money on the twink - just simply not cost effective in terms of BHP per £ you spend.

Im replacing the twink with a YB in mine

You can get more ponys from the twinky but it's quite expensive to do, plus a lack of off the shelf tuning parts don't make things easy.

A Pinto would be my personal preference.

yep, a pinto would be quicker as there are loads of tuning parts for it and they can be had cheap enough and this should not affect the insurance as effectively its still a 2.0
