2wd clutch arm pivot
I have just bought a t5 gearbox to install in a 2wd Sapphy i am restoring
and it has not got a pivot pin in the bell housing to attach the fork on to.
Where the pivot arm fits there is only a tiny hole in the bell housing.....
on the mt75 4x4 box it it quite a big hole that a pin fits into for the fork to
attach.
What should be there on a 2wd?
I have been on to Ford and they say that the part i need is no long serviced
and the picture is really bad.
Has anybody got what i need? or any ideas.
Cheers

So you are just screwing in a short bolt and the fork slides under the bolt head?
Sorry to sound dim.............
So what is the back of the fork pivoting on.....the bell housing casting?

But...as the clutch cable pulls the fork, the opposite end of the fork is pushing towards the gearbox on the bolt you have fitted. It must just push on the raised area under the bolt in the bell housing..........?
