What power would I be lookin at on my 4x4 saff t34-.48 rs500 cooler it's currently on greens but was wondering what power it may go up too.. Steve

greys have a limit of 450bhp i believe with right turbo and set up, i been asking same questions today but u need a t38 and new head to get those figures

360ish as said above, it's not just a case of simply changing the injectors, the only reason you would need to change is when you run higher boost etc, the injectors fuel accordingly, they are then upgraded when they cannot provide the fuel required, I.E 100% duty, this is course and a calibration (Remap) to suit.

In practice when run over around 85% duty cycle injectors can start overheating under sustained use, so most limit to 80% duty.
Be wary of dark greens, or 0 280 150 803's, these vary wildly, a newly cleaned set I used were at 80% duty by 300bhp, just put some greys in there, 0 280 150 403's.
