Changing water pump - how difficult?

How hard is it to change and is it best to get a new one from Ford or go for an aftermarket one? Cheers. (For a 4x4 saph)

easy fella just crack off the pulley bolts while belts still on,then take off the alternators belts and unbolt job done i would get a gen one
