Default BD10`s

what are bd10`s good for in terms of gains ect and when are they at the best spec wise????

i have found out that the pair of cam i have are not bd10`s but they are very very close in terms of what they do (lift duration ect) and just wondered if they was worth using with my spec or selling them on to a car with a spec that would user them better ect

bd10 give you a good midrange lift

i run bd14s(pair)

was advised my msd to run standard exhaust so no lumpy tickover but i like the rallyslag noise on idle and they come into play well

best speak to a tuner regarding your exact spec though kev

im hoping to see a small increase in my car once headwork is finished along with bigger injectors and re mapped chip

I'd be interested in buying a pair of BD10s for my 4x4 Saff if anyone were to want to sell a good second hand pair in the near future.
