16'wheels with tyres

Hi,i want to ask you ,which is the right dimension of tyre for 7X16' wheels in sierra cosworth.205-45-16 , or 205-40-16?

Correct size for the saff is 205,45,16 thats what i run
but some times i think it should be wider
