Anyone know what the fuel pressure should be on a cossie approx 450bhp?

no-one will be able to tell you other than the person who mapped/set up the engine - it may be standard, or it may not

the safest thing you can do is take your car to one of the tuners and have it checked over and adjusted as required for around £100 - 150

As jon@work says it may have been altered by chip writer, I always go for a fuelling check after fitment of any chip even when I have checked all the settings according to chip writer, cost around £30/40 for full load fuelling check.
