does anyone know where to and how much to get my 2wd sapphire cossie rad re-cored?
prefur close to s.e essex as possible

I don't know where down your end, but my one cost me £100 to get recored.

Try Ian at the RS centre 07831677833 - he has plenty of rads, just had one off him,it was like new!

Get a re core done easily, just go into any truck/hgv garage or phone up they will soon tell you the nearest one in your area.

The cores are only around 45quid (were when i last bought one 2yr ago) so haggle on the price if the wanna charge you 100, as it aint a big job.

I put a aluminium rad into mine...great job. Not much point spending £100 on a core when you can get a new aluminium rad for about £150.

I think warrenja1 is talking about a complete alloy rad,not an alloy re-core
