You just join the actual RSOC mate...then attend you local regional group to be associated with them. I used to attend the Notts group but left them, like the look of the Derby group but tbh at present I havnt really got time to commit to them. The regional groups are listed on the RSOC boards some where mate to help you find your nearest group.
