Default Rear Trailing Arm Bush-advice please

Hi all, my first post here so apologises if this sounds a bit stupid..........
I have noticed a knocking sound from the offside rear of my '99 1.4 focus so I decided to jack it up and have a look. I have a bit of a problem with the front bush on the trailing arm! My question is........which is the best fix for this? replace only the bush or to replace the whole arm? I have reasonable mechanic skills but am in no way an expert (hence posting this question! lol). I was going to post a picture but am not sure if I can (being a newbie) or even how to
Any help advice on this would be great as I am planning to try and sort this at the weekend

It really helps if you have the proper pressing tool to wind the bush out, it can be done without it but it's a lot more involved.

Welcome to pf. Just change the bush cause it will be a nightmare to change the whole arm.
