Anybody knows which is the most Focus Zetec/duratec 2.0 powered best quarter mile time? As a guy is claimig that he is holding the best time in quarter mile that of 10.000 sec

I thought Steve Howell built and had the quarter mile record down the straight!!!

not sure but i know he had something to do with building the engine in the trolley fiesta also

your talking about ian howell who built the first engine in the 'trolley'... jkm built the one in it now... i think ians focus was more a top speed car..

which engine? the usa mk1.5 focus has the mazda 2.0 engine and the mk1 usa and all uk focus's us the zetec-r engine, also his time was 10,092
