Diesel box will take a focus rs limited slip diff then guys?

I've got a cossie four paddle clutch just don't know what to do about cover and flywheel

So I need a focus cover with a cossie four paddle and a 2.0l flywheel will that work crazycage?

I thought the zetec used bigger flywheel bolts?

Thanks for your help guys its appreciated!

Ps, the car will be running full boost with this gearbox so in the region of 270lb ft and 300bhp just to bare in mind when talking about clutches

yes the focus rs atb will slot in with no probs.

scrap the cossie plate idea mate and just use a full focus rs clutch kit.

the zetec does have bigger bolts 1mm bigger ,you can machine some bushes to sort that or re-tap the crank.

Not a good idea launching a mtx luke? That was the plan!

You scared?

Crazy- expense mate, I can't justify focus clutches when I have cossie ones coming out my ears, any ideas for me for a cheap conversion with cossie clutch bud?

I think a 1mm bush may be small so might machine out the flywheel 3 mm bigger then bush it down to correct size,

So just a 2.0l zetec flywheel?

they work tho mate ,ive yet to see anyone make a cossie plate do the job of holding big power on a zetec . you might be ok on a cvh.

and yes any 2.0l flywheel
p-s you can pic them up second hand now and then.

Link above says 170bhp engine - if it's an ST170 one then it's no good.

You need a flywheel and cluctch from a 2.0 l non ST or Diesel - i.e. anything that used an MTX box. It has the 36-1 pattern in the flywheel.

What do you think on clutch front? Like I was saying id love to run my cossie four paddle if poss as it saves me a shit load, so would just need to know if it fits and what cover to use

If not then I'll go with the rs clutch just need a link to which one I need!

Get rid of the 4 paddle. Use a std Focus RS clutch which will last forever and be much nicer to drive.

Will it take the power and full bore launches?

Also, what about the stage up from standard ap clutch, not the paddle though?

i wont fit into the crap old rs2000 box but will fit any of the hydraulic mtx gearboxes .

i run the up-rated organic ap in zetec and ric runs the standard rs clutch both with no probs.

I run a full focus rs 6 paddle on my rod change mtx I had to gring some of the inside of the bell housing away on my gearbox aswell as using 3 vibration plates welded together to space the box away from the engine I found out the hardway fucking around with cossie clutchs ect they dnnt work!!!!!!

I have an AP focus rs pressure plate forsale Jimbo and a 2.0l fly wheel all you would need to buy is a paddle or spinner

Pm me if you want to no anything else I have some pics of the bell housing ect!

How has spacing the engine away from the gearbox affected your CPS sensor, Starter motor and clutch throw?

The CPS sensor has some tight tolerances.
