How to remove level adjusters??

How to remove level adjusters??
I want to remove the level adjusters from my Escort Cossie headlamps to put them on my Morettes, but I don't have a clue how to get these things off ??

Jo remember here in the UK we don't tend to have this feature on our esc cossies.This tends to be a LHD feature usually accompanied with heated seats on leather.

Found it 
Just sprayed some oil on the socket and then I could pull it out easily.
Installed them on my morettes and it works just fine
@Damo V: the brackets that are needed to install the standard level adjusters were already on my morettes when I got them.
