I have recently had my head off, as the lugs on the head were the inlet manifold bolts through had snapped. Now it's back together, it doesnt make any boost. It only just gets to Zero bar boost. This must be something simple but cant see anything obvious wrong in the set up. Any suggestions please on things to check. This is really doing my head in, as I've spent hours going in circles.

have you connected up the vacuum pipes corectly from the amal valve to the actuator?

and maybe simple but just double check all boost pipes etc!

Boost leaks?

Wastegate opening and shutting corectly? and connections?

Actuator preload?

boost gauge reading correctly?

Throttle opening fully?
