I have problem with my ESCOS T25 EECIV. Idle is unstable, sometimes cut off engine and misfirings. My spark plugs looks like this on Case 1 form that URL: http://www.globaldenso.com/PLUG/basi...dex.html#case1. Probably air to fuel mixture is to rich. When engine is hot on running is everthing OK.

Can you help me and get some advices, what can i do to change this situation. ECT sensor and spark plugs are new.

Have you put an error code reader on the ecu?

is the car chipped. i had this problem with mine and found the chip faulty. once i removed the chip everything was fine.

Have you checked the Bobines??? They often have some failures

Answers:
1. Car is new for me. I`dont now everything yet about engine and electronics. Probably is chipped, because boost is more than 1,7 atm (17PSI).
2. Dump valve is standard.
3. Bobbins must be OK, because if car is hot on full throttle goes very fine (running good). After fast road running idle is stable, and car runs very good. But if he run on idle about 5-10 min, he suddenly start black smoking, cut off and idle is unstable. This effect occasionaly occur under normal runnig, on sport runnig is everything ok.
4. ECU will be controled with LED on Saturday.
5. Spark plug that I use now - Denso PK20PR-P8 (Double Platinum) on 0,6 mm gap, I try also use Denso Iridium Power IK22 with 0,8 mm gap, but on iridium plugs (colder than PK20) idle is more unstable and if car is cold he runs very bad.
