not so long ago, someone tried to sell me an '03 plate convertible bmw m3 from portugal for £8000 including delivery! hahahaha.

Yeah there sure is more and more, dont think E bay are that bothered, my mate had a Escos for sale on there, about a week or two after he sold it, it was back on, same picks, same wording, they just changed the phone numbers and put a silly buy it now on price on it, he contacted E bay letting them know, but it was still on for a good few days after.

oh well. its shame but its sooo obvious that hopefully no one will fall victim!

its a good job that there are sites like this where everyone knows everyone and will recognise cars on there as already being sold like you mention above

when i tried to sell my old rs2000 4x4 i've put it on rallycarsforsale.net .
a guy mailed me to say he'd interested in it.
2 days later i've got a mail to ask me the following:

pls give me your adress, i've sold your car for the price your asking + 1500£ to a client of mine... it will be collected by our transporter within 3 weeks!!
he'd send me cheque and asked me to send back the 1500£ by banktransfer!!!!
i was curious because i heared of this type of scam... but effectively the guy sended me a swedish cheque... it bounced a week after i gave it to my bank...

of course i didn't payd the 1500£ what do they think that i'm :blonde:
