Default Best heart rate to aim for when fat burning?

Hi all,

Just after some advice, I can gather from my age (27) that my ideal heart rate for cardio work is 164 assuming I want a good workout. Just wondering what heart rate range I should be keeping too in order to optimise my chances of burning more fat.

Thanks
