Losing weight, or just some moral support will do guys
As above , obviously eating and drinking less at the moment , but only lost 4.5lbs over 2.5 weeks and ive no patience with this shit guys
Ive always been quite a "BIG BOY" lol so nothings really changed but need to be doing something about it lads
6ft and just under 16stone
Ive been doing the odd bit of jogging when i can like 2-3 times a week
And 50 sit-ups a night , but i feel as if im getting no where fast ! Ive not got a huge beer belly or anything but could i could do with a 6 pack as im going to gran canaria in 7 wks
Im losing my motovation troops because im seeing no results via scales or anywhee else

If your eating a drinking well then plenty of cardio should see the lbs drop off. Problem being that you say you lost 4.5 in 2.5 weeks and your not happy but there is no other way to do it. It has to be gradual or you can do your self in mate. Jogging for 40 mins 3 times a week is a great start but if you can maybe fit a bit extra cardio inbetween the day you jog then even better. Things like cycling, swimming, rowwing are real good. Be careful not to overtrain though,if you feel any niggles see to them straight away.
Good luck,crack on
