Strength, Power and Size
Is it possible to gain in all 3 at the same time?
I remember reading 6 reps per set are ideal for strength, 8 for size, 10 for power and 12+ for endurance.
Is it possible to gain strength, power and size from 1 workout?

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
I do a routine using the pyramid training method starting at 12 reps and work down 10, 8, then six reps. I find this helps me pack on size and helps my strength aswell

Good, its all about trying different routines to see what suits you. I used to train with a guy and he loved 4 sets of 6 reps but it just never worked for me. I`d prefer to stagger my reps. Keep up the good work

I stagger mine all the time depending on how much energy I feel I have on a particular day and I believe its good not to get fixed into a set numbered routine as your body will get used to it and adapt to compensate ie: just stop growing. If you keep changing it regular it has to change dramatically to compensate for extreme stresses etc
I usually do 10, 9, 8, 6 but sometimes if i'm feeling extra energetic i'll do 12, 10, 9, failure (usually about 5)
my way be suit me but not everyone?
