whats everyones daily diet what are you guys eating ?
taking in mind im new to all this this is the sort of stuff ive been eating
breakast= 3xboiled eggs 2xtoast with butter
dinner=tin of tuna mixed up with salad cream and pasta or a tunamayo+chesse+salad cream bagguette(spelling)
tea=sunday dinners the usual meat,veg,that sort of thing but other times i have pasta again
drinks= anything diet coke,oasis etc etc and squash
am i on the right lines i also go to the gym mon,tue,wed,sat
im currently a fat bastard at 18 stone lost half a stone lol
any pointers

7:30-8:00 - 3 Whole Eggs, 7 Egg Whites and 100g Oats with Milk and Raisins
11:00 - Home Made Weight Gainer - 100g Oats, 40g Whey in Milk (Blended) or
Powdered Oats ie Readybrek.
14:00 - 150g Chicken Breast, 200g Pasta Salad, 400g Mixed Fruit Salad, 700ml
Milk
17:00 - Home Made Weight Gainer
19:00 - Train
20:30 - PWO - 60g Maltodextrin and 40g Whey in Water
21:30 - PPWO - 200g Chicken Breast, 3 Medium Potatoes, Broccilli,
Cauliflour, 100g Pasta
23:30 - 300g Cottage Cheese or 40g Whey in Skimmed Milk

30g of Whey 4 times Dailey (120g total).
Fried Breakdast every morning @ 10.30, dont have lunch really just a shandy in the pub, and an evening meal (Lasagne, Spaghetti, Fish & Chips etc....nothing particularly structured/healthy, but not too bad). And also a multivitamin suppliment dailey.

half a protoplex protein shake blended with semi skimmed milk and a banana

GYM - cardio & weight train for 90 mins total (inc 15 mins bag work half of which are kicks/knees)

3 x 1000mg creatine

stupid question perhaps, but im new to this. what is the whey you talk about and creatine, what do they do just add body fat or something?
sorry for stupid questions.
does a mean diet plan help alot? during work hours im limited to what i can eat, i try to eat alot tho lol.

At the mo not alot other than soup and dunn river nurishment drinks..
cant eat solid food for a few days as iv jus got my tounge pierced, didnt think it would be this bad for eating

Breakfast: Have a large bowl of porridge followed by some 30g whey protein
Mid morning: chicken or salmon sandwich on whole meal bread
Lunch: Low fat lasange or chicken breast meal
mid afternoon: Another sandwich or meal replacement shake
Train down the gym
Tea: whey protein followed by a low fat meal again either chicken or pasta.
If you want to loose weight you need to avoid high carbs i.e white bread potatoes etc.
Stop what you are drinking and drink water preferbly 4 litres a day. or dilute your squash alot!
Try that for a month see how you get on. [/quote]

8.30 i have 200g chicken breast then 50g porridge oats and a banana 10.30 65g of protien from a top grade shake plus 50g of carbs from same company 12.30 200g chicken breast and 55g of boil in the bag brown rice.3.30 straight after training another protien drink as well as a creatine carb load drink 5.30 chicken and brown rice again then 7.30 protien and carb drink again then 9.30 300g fillet steak and 150g jacket pot then 11.30 45g protien drink. that little lot is 4000 calories a day=460g of protien 400g of carbs and only 60g of fat.this is the start of my pre contest diet and calories will be cut weekly as the wieght gets more stubborn.
