2004 ford focus TDCI sport imperial blue 1 of 500. PROVISIONALLY SOLD
first of all please no timewasters wanting to part exchange their car, i dont want another car as i have purchased another!
hi guys here i am selling my 2004 ford focus TDCI sport 1.8 litre. its 1 of 500 made in imperial blue which is the same colour as the focus RS. mileage is 35417 miles at the present time.
i have owned the car for just over 4 years and its time for a change! there is a long MOT on the car untill april 2011 and 5 months tax left on the car. since owning the car its been serviced twice using all genuine ford parts and reciepts kept for documentation. 1st service was 22234 miles and 2nd service was 31086 miles last year. its had new front and rear brake disks / pads earlier this year and 2x brand new rear tyres about 2 months ago. the car is extremely good on fuel getting 400 to 450 miles to a tank roughly.
exterior
the body is in generally very good condition with no rust. there are the odd stonechips on the front bumper and bonnet and a couple of very small dents and light scratches around the car, the worst being on the top passenger door (dent), but nothing that really stands out as such! the alloys are in great condition, a small scuff on the drivers side alloy is the worst as pictured! none of them have heavy kerbing marks.
interior
the interior is in very good condition, its doesnt smell of smoke as i dont smoke! as its the focus sport it comes with the st170 half leather interior. there are no rips in anything and no bad marks as such, theres the odd scuff on the bottom door card where i get in and out of the car. all the electrics inside work as they should - electric seats, electric mirrors, boot, heater knobs etc...
the car has been problem free for me apart from the usual wear and tear parts thats need replacing. also i have had the EGR valve cleaned as this is a very common problem on these cars with them blocking up! the only minor problem there is that when you start the engine you get a squeek from the alternator belt on the left side of the engine when its started up, so maybe it needs to be tightened up a little.
im asking £4300, if you search there are the same cars on double the mileage and more asking value. please dont expect show car / concours condition, its just my daily runaround to get me from A to B. please note the blue mirror cover is missing but this will be on the car! viewing is availiable anytime as from monday 2nd august as i am off work recovering from a major operation.

Too many posts.. I need a life!!
he was supposed to be viewing sunday but was rearranged by you to monday ???
not that it bothers me as i didnt want the car, but if he was arranged to view it first then i think thats a bit of a piss take???????
only my opinion especially when you say you had loads of timewasters wasting your time, then you waste my mates,
principals of it are simple, someone arranges something, if you change the arrangements then surely its only fair if they get first refusal,
my mates fucked off now and i can see his point!
