Rover 220 Turbo Coupe
this is my 1993 rover 220 turbo coupe in lovley nightfire red with 142k on her
it is in really good condition for its age of 15 years
these rovers are very fast little cars as they have 200bhp and do 0-60 in 6.4 seconds, 1/4mile in 14.7 seconds, 145mph top speed as standard
this one has been slightly modified so will be quicker than the times above
it drives really good, very smooth and quiet until you put your footdown
Good Bits:
1 year mot
4 months tax
220+bhp
performance exhaust
piper cross air filter
chipped ecu
dump valve
intercooler
black mgf alloy wheels with very good tyres
red brake calipers
half leather interior in very very good condition
air conditioning
power steering
electric mirrors
electric windows
remote central locking + alarm
rear spoiler
front fog lamps
T-top roof that doesnt leak
also has the leather bag for the roof glass when you remove it
oil and filter changed last week
no knocks or bangs etc from car in general or engine
very reliable, starts first time every time
35mpg+ when driven sensibly
Bad Bits:
some small rust bubbles under the paint on the drivers front wing
surface rust on the nearside rear arch
no radio
gearbox noisey sometimes
selling due to buying an estate for work and family duties and no longer use it
