Very Rare BMW 525iX
1992 BMW 525ix Auto
163k miles with history.
Really very very rare 4x4 BMW. Only 6 sold in the UK in saloon. 2.5 litre straight six, 192 bhp with no knocks or rattles. Utterly reliable.
I've been using it to travel up and down the motorway while my ship is being refitted in Liverpool. Eats motorways for breakfast, nice big comfy car. Gives 25-30 MPG.
It's not fast, per se, but not a slouch either.
On the outside it's not a minter. It has a few spots of rust, and the paint is a bit dull. Inside it's all there, with only the drivers seat showing signs of the miles. Kenwood CD head unit, amplifier and 10 disc changer.
M tech steering wheel. Electric mirrors, windows and sunroof.
The auto box is a 3 mode affair, with sports, economy and low grip modes.
The car also comes with 17" M5 alloys and good 235/45 tyres all round.
It's MOT'd and Taxed until June. Would be an excellent runabout.
I've been told by the BMW lot that it's worth 2-2.5k when mint. But as I've stated, it's not a minter.
So I'm selling it at £1100.
The car comes with the private plate, handy if your name is Craig.
Please phone me on 07835 296 463 as I might not be online until next week. Thanks!
