I had a wheel repaired and welded before and had no issues with it after

there is a larger mag content in the 18" rl7's tho and its this that is putting me off as they will look awesome on my fez

i agree mate...but i just think the quality of the weld seen here is not up to how it should look like..cause it has not completely filled the crack..and does not seem good.
im not saying that it will not hold up..i just feel that it seems to be not done properly.

The crack was tiny but I wanted them welding. Wheel held air fine. The pic shows where it hadn't been ground up well. Wheel doctor in Scunth orpe did the repairs, he currently has the contract for all of BMW's repairs amongst others so I am confident it has been done well.
Too be honest if they don't sell I wont be too disappointed and will just get them painted and put them on the focus.

I think from the pics the weld is well done but they didn't grind it back well
