Sorry for late reply. Automatic transmissions, Hornchurch did the box for me using a 4 speed auto from a 2 litre scorpio. Earlier box does not have electronic ecu with it but needed a pierberg valve to emulate vacuum so the box knew when it was on load and when to change.
If you use a 3 speed box its even easier as it does not have the vacuum element.
Lots of London diesel taxis use this box and pierberg valve
