hi chip,was wondering do you write your own chips for the vauxhalls,

brother in law has just blown his cav turbo and is building it back at the mo
h beam rods ,mahle pissingtons,all new valves and guides etc regal 1.9mm headgasket and regal hi press pump
is there anything else you could advise on,it still running the std turbo for time being.
was wondering if you could either map it or write a chip
