I've got a Totally standard (G) 2wd Sapphire. In moonstone Blue, with a genuine 47k, Full ford history, every MOT. - Full black recaro's etc. Toyed with the idea of selling it, however Bonhams had showed interest in auctioning it.

I had Genuine ford Cambelt kit and serviced (Minus fuel filter as it took 10 days to come in) However, I now have it here, just not sent the car back in to have it replaced as yet.

I had new dicsc and pads put on all round, and brand new Continentals fitted all round (still have the tags on).

Has been garaged for 8 years, no rust anywhere, was sprayed with waste oil underneath every year to preserve. Its one of the most genuine around.

Logbook states 0 previous keepers as its been owned since brand new.

I was hoping for between £10-£12k dependant upon the deal. The correspondance I had from Bonhams was it chould achieve £15-£18k at auction given the pictures and info I sent them. They then charge £250+vat and 10%.

I havn't tried to advertise or sell it as yet, but It's something I'll be looking at if a genuine buyer comes forward.
