Just a test pic....the washer bottle has been dropped out for a bent neck type....I'm off out the garge to get some decent pictures. Thanks for the help...pictures make things so much easier to explain

Now with the hose off, the intercooler end is 60mm and the turbo 50mm but i found another o/e hose and laid it over the silicone one....

I think all is clear now, with the turbo end of the orange/red hose on the air box seems a little easier to slot down, i think if theres a hose available with s 50mm turbo /60mm intercooler end and this profile it should be a clean fit.....

Now with an original hose laid over the blue hose its clear the extra material on the bend is the problem....i have put the o/e hose onto the turbo housing and it does create exra room for the airbox to fit in....

This is the back of the radio unit, the red plug disappears into the dash, the blue plug goes to the cd player....well it fits the socket but is it correct??

Working from the left of the plug (ford logo end) can anybody inform me of the cables job/output please. 3rd cable from the left interests me the most as the splitter from this plug to the radio & cd player has it missing.

Hoping you can help me id the wires on this sapphire 4x4 stereo plug. Starting from the left (ford logo side) if you can please. Also the 3rd wire in from the left (brown with yellow trace) is missing from the splitter loom to the radio & cd player....is that possibly causing my issues??
